HomeBuy Agents are appointed by Government to provide access to low cost home ownership schemes.  MyPlace is the HomeBuy Agent for Dorset, Salisbury and South Somerset.

As HomeBuy Agent we will act as your first point of contact for information and advice on affordable home ownership.  We can register your interest, assess your eligibility and provide details of schemes in these areas.

HomeBuy Agents work closely with:

• other housing associations and developers who are marketing homes that are available either now or coming up soon;
  
  
• the housing department in your local council;
  
  
• the Government and other agencies that determine housing policy and who provide funding for the development of Low Cost Home Ownership schemes.
